- What size are your wallets?
A. wallet included in our packages are all 21/2" x 31/2". Smaller 13/4" x 21/2" wallets are available in Ala Carte package (K)
- Will I receive a class picture? (Elementary only)
A. Class pictures are only included in certain packages. Please review flyer to determine which package fits your families needs.
- If I didn't pay for picture on time can I still order my picture?
A. Certainly. Simply give us a call and we can place an order for you. A $7.00 late fee must be added to the portrait price. If you have proofs simply mail them to: Impressionist Orders, P.O Box 708, Poway, CA, 92074
- Can I order from both poses on the proof card (proof program only)?
A. Certainly. Simply make it clear which package goes the desired pose. Do NOT split the packages! Each package ordered must be from one specific pose. Example: When ordering Package B it must be from ONE pose. When ordering two packages, Package B and D, One pose can be printed for B and the other pose can be printed for package D.
- Do I need to return the proof card if I am not ordering?
A. Yes. Simply mark the pose you would like on the class picture or in the yearbook (not all schools produce a yearbook). If it is not returned we will select a pose for you.
- What is re-touching?
A. Re-touching is used to remove scratchesand blemishes. There is an extra charge for re-touching. Please see pricing flyer for more information.
- How do I re-order my picture?
A. Simply mail your completed re-order form (included in your picture package) to the address on the form.
- What if I'm unhappy with my portraits?
A. We offer a 100% guarantee! Simply fill out the refund request form and return your package and we will gladly refund your money.
- What if I received the wrong package?
A. Simply follow the instructions on your reorder form. Fill in all information and mail to the address on the reorder form. Our lab will gladly mail your missing portraits to your home.
- What color is the background?
- We use a traditional neutral color background in for most of our Fall Programs. Some schools select a specific style so always refer to the flyer sent home prior to picture day.
